Chroma Studios is currently in early testing. This policy explains what data we collect and how it's used, and will be reviewed by legal counsel before any public launch — please treat it as a good-faith starting point, not a final legal document.
What we collect: your account email and any profile/studio details you enter; contacts, notes, and correspondence you add to your CRM; artwork, project, invoice, and exhibition records you create; documents you upload (bio, CV, statements, PDFs); and, if you connect Stripe, the account information Stripe requires for payouts (we never see your full banking details — Stripe handles that directly).
How we use it: solely to operate the app for you — storing your records, generating your invoices and PDFs, and powering the optional AI Studio Assistant, which reads your own data to answer your questions (never other users' data, and never takes actions on your behalf). Some AI processing is handled by a third-party AI provider (via our AI gateway); we do not use your data to train models, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Third parties: Stripe (for payments/payouts, if you connect it), and our authentication/hosting providers (for login and app infrastructure). We don't share your data beyond what's needed to run these services.
Your data: you can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting studio@charlottehailstone.com.
Beta status: because this app is under active development, please use discretion with especially sensitive client information while we're still testing.
